Matt worked as a quality engineer for LexMark for five years before becoming an educational consultant in 2005, and eventually founding Proven Learning with Keith Frank in 2009.
Matt lives in Lexington, Kentucky, with his wife and four children. He enjoys independent film-making, spending time with his family, and coaching his children’s soccer team.
